When it first opened its doors as Knapp Winery’s Vineyard Restaurant in 1991, it’s mission was to showcase Finger Lakes wines through culinary excellence. Today, the mission is the same.
Because the bounty of the Finger Lakes isn’t just in the vineyards.
Executive Chef Benjamin Bird has created a menu that largely comes from local farms and businesses.
“I have immersed myself in creating my menu components from scratch and using as many local ingredients to capture the flavors of the Finger Lakes.”
Paying homage to the Finger Lakes region, Chef Bird composes a symphony of delicious homemade items that are rooted in many of his entrees. Specials change daily and vegetarian options are plentiful.
