When it first opened its doors as Knapp Winery’s Vineyard Restaurant in 1991, it’s mission was to showcase Finger Lakes wines through culinary excellence. Today, the mission is the same.
Because the bounty of the Finger Lakes isn’t just in the vineyards.
Executive Chef Andrew Dillon has created a menu that largely comes from local farms and businesses.
"We're in a mecca of resources. If it grows here, we're going to source it here whenever possible."
Paying homage to the Finger Lakes region, Chef Dillon composes a symphony of delicious homemade items that are rooted in many of his entrees. Specials change daily and vegetarian options are plentiful.
