Profondo Rosso, NV

Beautiful garnet red in color, this wine is the more somber partner to our Pasta Red. Less sweet than Pasta Red, it still has powerful aromas of raspberry and strawberry but accompanying those are dried fruit notes of fig and plum. On the palate, there are flavors of dried cherries, hazelnut, and black tea. The wine has silky smooth tannins and is dry without being astringent.
