Pet Nat Saperavi Rose
The first in Knapp’s experimental series, our Pet Nat (petillant naturel) is a limited production of hand-bottled sparkling wine. Each bottle is individually numbered, and sports a label featuring a native flower.
More gently fizzy than traditional sparkling, the Pet Nat is bottled at the tail end of fermentation, so it finishes and self-carbonates in the bottle. It is typically released earlier and is generally more fruit forward than traditional sparkling.
The white blend is a lively blend of Seyval Blanc, Chardonnay and Melody grapes. This wine is brimming with green apple and white peach flavors. Our Rose is 100% Saparavi and boasts delicious raspberry and watermelon notes.
